1. Dhruv Sangari: More Makhdoom baje madhur bansari (qawwali)
Dhruv Sangari (Bilal Chishti) and friends recite a Hindi tribute to the Chishti saint Makhdoom Sabir (1196-1291) of Kaliyar. Sabir Kaliyari was a disciple of Baba Farid who was also the Sufi master of Delhi's Nizamuddin Aulia. This recording made of a performance in 2017 in Delhi.

Tasveer Ghar's project on images of masculinity in South Asia brings two new visual essays: (1) "Changing Perceptions of 'Masculinity' among Males in Dhaka, Bangladesh" by Shabnam Naher and Mossabber Hossain, (2) "Masculine Anxiety in the Films of Anurag Kashyap" by Sarunas Paunksnis and Runa Chakraborty.

5. Announcement: The IFA Archive is open!
India Foundation for the Arts (IFA), Bangalore, announces the opening of the IFA Archive which hosts the materials from the arts and culture projects that IFA facilitated since 1995. Visit the archive here - http://theifaarchive.org
